Moving is not an easy business. Marcus Kollmann tries to make it as stress free as possible. Starting with his initial phone call with you, he helps evaluate your needs and listens to your expectations. As the process proceeds, he assists you in becoming familiar with the unknown. He helps you feel at home sooner, rather than later.  

His initial "get to know you" telephone consultation:
He asks the important questions: number of people involved with the move, current hobbies and lifestyles, current living situation, potential cultural barriers, possible schooling requirements, spouses' career, obstacles or opportunities created with the move, existing extended family support system, prior experience living in the Greater Toronto Area, expected arrival and timing of move.  

After his informal information gathering session, he outlines what can be done for his clients:
The choices in the Greater Toronto Area can be many, but after his initial phone call, the jitters begin to disappears. His clients feel a bit more comfortable, which allows him to take them to the next step. He processes their information and begins the introductions to neighbourhoods through out the Greater Toronto Area that experience tells him they may identify with to feel at home.
